The caregiver team, especially Shannon, has been amazing when they come to his home to care for him and his needs.\nIt\u2019s hard to trust an agency coming out to your house – but I have no problem saying I 100% recommend you call them for your families in-home care needs!\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n At the beginning I had such high hopes for this company, especially with Jason’s help.\nBut, we ended up with a bunch of unprofessional caregivers. They were always on their phones, neglecting their duties, even falling asleep while watching my grandma! And to top it off, they had the audacity to use my grandma’s personal iPad for inappropriate material. On top of that, they’d send texts saying they’d be late every single day. One time, they didn’t even bother waking my grandma up so they could just FaceTime on their shift. Every time I complained, they’d just send a new person who had the same issues.\nIt was a never-ending cycle. So, unfortunately, I had to switch companies. It’s a bummer, but I had to do what’s best for my grandma’s well-being. Lastly we were almost overcharged $800 for the last invoice, but I caught it.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

A referral led me to call Jason who was able to meet me within a few hours and we had a caregiver for that very night. \n I can’t say enough great things about Amada and the owner Jason. We appreciate all the hard work he and his staff have spent as we provide home care for my mother. Without Amada it simply would not be possible to provide a safe environment for her. The stability of having someone on a daily basis gives us great peace of mind, knowing that my mother, who is dealing with Parkinson’s and dementia, will be safe while I’m hundreds of miles away in NY where I currently live. The flexibility of scheduling around our needs and allowing us to schedule as few or as many hours as we need has been extremely helpful. Jason, and the rest of his staff work really hard to insure that my mother’s home care and the benefits of her home care policy are met every day. Every hurdle that we’ve encountered throughout the claims process and throughout my mother’s care has been resolved quickly and efficiently.\n\nInteresting story, many months ago, I called and started the claim process for my mother through her health care policy. I was on a short visit from NY and I called right before I left for the airport from my mother’s house. I heard from Jason while I was taking off less than an hour later. \n We have had Amada as our source for support with our 84 yo mother since early 2022. Jason patiently walked us through the initial process and has been quickly responsive ever since. Belinda (scheduler) is communicative and kind when I call\/text with a confirmation or question. The caregivers are knowledgeable, experienced, and each has her own strengths – endearing us to them as they do all the hard work of caring for our mother. Since the current caregiver (Yvonne ) has been with her, we have noticed an improvement in our mother\u2019s cognitive functioning (increased recall, improved appetite, improved mood and more quick witted like she used to be). The caregiver\u2019s steady calm engagement with her has made a noticeable difference. We are very grateful for the work Amada does – it enables us to simply enjoy our mother and not worry.\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n Being prepared by purchasing a LTC policy for our parents has been one of the best investments that could have been made. You don\u2019t think much about it, until the time comes when you find yourself in a position where you need to utilize the benefits.\nWith so many LTC companies to chose from, I am so grateful and our family has been beyond blessed to have Amada Senior Care provide services to our family. We spent many hours researching and narrowing down providers; and the clear choice was Amada!\nSpecifically Jason, the owner, has made the claim initiation process easy to understand. He personally visits my parents home on a regular basis to check in and make sure everything is running smoothly, we aren\u2019t having any issues, and we dont have any questions. I don\u2019t think there has ever been a time when I\u2019ve called his personal cell phone and he hasn\u2019t answered right away, or gotten back to me very quickly. He and his staff work as a team to ensure each client feels like their \u201conly client\u201d.\nOur questions are always answered and any action that needs to be taken is done so in a timely manner, with professionalism, and a follow up from Jason reassuring us that everything is being handled properly.\nJason and his team work tirelessly to ensure their clients needs are met; claim processes and recertifications are handled properly!\nWe live in a remote area and for him to take the time to visit at least once per month is very reassuring. We know our LTC policy is in good hands and more importantly, our parents are in excellent hands.\nWe have had the honor of being able to have the same care giver in our home, which has proved to be very important. Judy is definitely a part of our family and takes excellent care of our parents, communicates and coordinates with us for any and every need they have. She has been instrumental in any progress made, and the care she provides our parents is amazing!\nUnfortunately, there was a short period of time where we had to use a different LTC company due to our location. Without being too specific about the experience we had with this other provider, I will just say that the moment we were able to contact Jason and switch our provider was a huge relief and life got back to normal. The level of care and compassion Jason and his team have for their clients can hardly be rated with just 5 stars.\nWe thank you and your staff, and our beloved Judy for all of your hard work. I would exclusively recommend Jason and his team for anyone who is searching for a LTC provider. The stability of having the same aide Gemmil weekly gives us the time we need to ourselves for work and life to balance the needs of keeping our loved one home with us as long as possible. While dealing with a hemiplegic stroke victim with dementia is physically and emotionally draining, having Amada there is a life saver. The flexibility of scheduling around our needs by Belinda and the rest of the staff for extra “one-offs” and occasional last minute additional assistance has been spectacular.\n\nThe site owner Jason and the rest of his staff work tirelessly to ensure your LTC insurance benefits are legitimately vetted for a seamless process. \n Jason & the ladies in the office of Amada Senior Care were beyond wonderful to me & my husband, Jon Gilliam during the time their services were needed during his cognitive disabilities. They kept the care-givers schedules easy to manage and kept them aligned perfect with tasks that were needed to serve Jon.\nThe manner in which Amada Senior Care and Transamerica worked together was wonderful. The billing & payments were always done in a timely manner. What a wonderful package of the two services made my life the best it could have been under such unfortunate condition. Dementia is a horrible disease but Transamerica and Amada Senior Care helped it be easy as possible. Thanks a million!\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

We had attempted to use my mothers long term care policy issued by CNA with 3 other agencies and all 3 agencies miss handled the policy. From day one Amada handled the policy and fixed and issues with CNA immediately. For 2 years now things have been running smoothly using the long term care policy.
